While the beautiful sun is shining I am in our office re-organizing, filing, recycling and cleaning. Humm... all verbs that end in ''ing'' while the sun is ''shining''!!
Oh well, re-organizing is always a good thing in my opinion helps you re-focus and get rid of ''stuff'' you don't need anymore or haven't been using.
Updated this web site with new open houses in November & December (new ''Town Square'' Condos) and took off properties that have sold... Easier for you to navigate.
I also met with a Seller around noon for some severance paperwork ( lot for sale in St-Pascal). Severance has been approved. :)
At 2:30 this afternnon I'll be showing our very nice listing ''344 Patrick Street''. Looking fwd to that.
