Tuesday morning
Good morning, I'm very excited this morning. My Buyer is coming in to the office to execute their offer. We stsrter negotiations a few days ago... required lots of patience to put this deal together... took the Sellers a long while to come down in price. Buyers are happy & so am I. Inspection is Thursday morning.
I will also be listing a house in Alfred for $131,900. Hopefully I get a key soon and have it on MLS by tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.
Off to meet my mom for coffee and purchase accessories for home staging homes in Clarence-Rockland.
